Description :
  • Build and lead a department for policy product in Canada and have the opportunity to build a very strong team from the ground up!
  • Be responsible for the organization with several line managers reporting to you.
  • Lead the teams that develop 5G NF microservices in order to deliver with quality and in compliance with commitments.
  • Be proactive in supporting the team and individuals by ensuring the resolution of all relevant issues, supporting the removal of roadblocks.
  • Provide ongoing support and close follow-up with developers supporting skill progression.
  • Be an active member of the leadership team to drive product and operations evolution and strategy.
  • Support the deployment of the desired culture across the Policy Development Group.
  • Ensure that the policy solution meets product functionality and performance requirements, as well as quality requirements, according to established schedules.
  • Collaborate with product line regarding product evolution and feature roadmap.
  • Work closely with the rest of the unit as well as other product development groups within our product development unit to ensure the entire program contributes to the achievement of goals common.
  • Deliver a consistent Ericsson offer, so close collaboration across DNEW is needed and expected.
Requirements :
  • At least a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, engineering or equivalent skills and at least 10 years of demonstrated experience.
  • Understanding of Kubernetes, microservice architecture, automated testing, and continuous integration process to drive unit operations and support the team.
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture and the latest software development principles.
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical issues with architects and software developers.
  • Adopt microservices cloud-native paradigms and CI/CD patterns to realize the full potential of cloud-native solutions.
  • Passion for the evolution of our working methods (Lean, Agile, etc.) while organizing and stimulating the efficiency of R&D, within the framework of Ericsson's many strengths.
  • Excellent communication skills: transparency, inspiration and clarity.
  • Interest in market development and understanding of customer and competitor situations.
